This programme has been developed provide managers with the necesarry skills and knowledge required to prepare, deliver and evaluate effective appraisal interviews.

Course Fees
The cost of this course is £125.00 + VAT per person for individuals and £600.00 + VAT for in-house training for up to 12 delegates.
