Course Content
By the end of this event you will be able to:
- Describe the elements of the Civil Contingencies Act relevant to a Business Continuity Programme
- Complete a Business Impact Analysis
- Identify the six elements of the BCM lifecycle
- Describe the possible contents of a Business Continuity plan
- Describe the process needed to ensure the ongoing relevance of the business continuity plan
Course Fees
