Overview
This programme has been developed for those new to leadership or wishing to gain further insight into the responsibilities of leadership and give an understanding as to the types of leadership style they may find within the work environment.
Course Content
Aims:
- To discuss leadership and styles of leadership within the working environment
- To recognise the difference between leadership and management
- To identify alternative leadership styles and qualities
- To know when and how to apply a particular leadership style in the workplace
- To assess the effects of differing leadership styles on group activities
- To recognise own preferred leadership style
- To develop trust within the team
Course Fees
The cost of this course is £250.00 + VAT per person for individuals and £1200.00 + VAT for in-house training for up to 12 delegates.
