Overview
This course has been designed to meet the needs of the modern day employee. It is essential that Stress is tackled as soon as possible and this programme helps the individual identify and control the stressors in their life that could cause stress related illnesses.
Course Content
Aim:
To support people to understand, manage and reduce their own stress in the workplace
Objectives:

To consider the HSE definition of stress and the potential causes of stress

To recognise the signs and symptoms of stress for oneself

To consider the effects and implications of stress for oneself and its impact on others

To consider employer/employee responsibility within current policy, and the support available in the workplace

To identify individual patterns of stress and methods of reducing one’s own stress

To develop a personal stress management plan to maintain work/life balance.
Course Fees
The cost of this course is £125.00 + VAT per person for individuals and £600.00 + VAT for in-house training for up to 12 delegates.
