Payment for training courses is required in advance of commencement. CRW reserve the right to withhold certification or candidate registration with regard to public awards until payment is made. For all other activities our terms are 30 days net unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

Our policy is to accommodate customer needs wherever we can and recognise the operational pressures on those working within the security industry. Our approach to cancellation is as follows: -

 

Full refund for courses cancelled in writing with notification received more than 28 calendar days in advance of course commencement.

 

A cancellation fee for courses cancelled in writing with notification received as follows: -

 

14 to 27 calendar days in advance of course commencement 50% of course fee.

7 to 13 calendar days in advance of course commencement 75% of course fee.

Less than 7 calendar days from commencement 100% of course fee.

 

In the case that a course is re-scheduled, cancellation fees will be waived subject to payment of the course fees in full within seven days of such request. However, there is a 10% administration charge for this service.

 

CRW allow candidate substitution at no charge.

 

 

CRW owns the copyright to the materials that it produces, unless expressly stated to the contrary. CRW materials must not be copied or reproduced in any format, or sold without the express written permission of CRW Special Projects Ltd.

 

CRW reserves the right to make modifications to course programmes but will make every effort to advise customers of any changes in advance of any course programme commencing.

 

Unless otherwise stated the cost of overnight accommodation is not included in our prices. CRW has however negotiated preferential rates in a wide range of accommodation. Please contact us for further details.
